Odyssey: Your Foundation for a Strong and Adventurous Life
Our Odyssey program takes a holistic approach to fitness, ensuring you're not only strong and capable in your day-to-day life but also prepared for future adventures. Crafted with evolving 6-week phases, the program focuses on building your strength, endurance, and overall fitness—using the same techniques our founder relied on during nearly a decade of military service and refined through a decade of coaching adventurers for all kinds of events, climbs, and explorations.

With our app, you can choose the days that are important to you, your goal and your life. We advise so you can structure your weeks, so even if you can only make 3 Sessions. We can get you results!
